Intematix Edge: 10 to 1 Reduction in Time to Discovery

The conventional materials discovery methodology is hundreds if not thousands of years old. It is a hit or miss process based on sequential guess-mix-grind-characterize process – One materials combination at a time.

By contrast, the Intematix methodology for Materials Discovery utilizes the latest in top-down design and rapid prototyping. Our process utilizes combinatorial techniques to synthesize very large number of materials combinations. The synthesis and the characterization process that follows are massively parallel in nature thereby reducing the iterations required for discovery.
